iTunes has selected The Sippy Cups' new single "Seven Is The New 14" to be their first ever Discover Download in the Children's genre. The song will be available free from the iTunes Store for one week beginning today.
Additionally, The Sippy Cups' new album, THE TIME MACHINE, is now available for early purchase, exclusively at the iTunes Store. (Official release date through all retail outlets is June 16.)
A recent Sippy Cups live performance for Kids Place Live on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio will premiere this weekend on Sirius/XM channel 116 at the following times:
"This innovative San Francisco band doesn't just play rock and roll, it plays WITH rock and roll, adding mischievous layers to a classic punk-funk sound."
- Cookie Magazine
"By turns rocking, rollicking, funny, and poignant.... silly, happy, and infectiously funkalicious, it double-dog dares you not to get up and dance around the room with the kids."
- Sacramento Parent
"Surprising psychedelic rock for kids - surprising because nobody had really done it before. In retrospect, it seems obvious that music inspired by early Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, and so on, mixed with modern alternative rock energy, would be perfect for kids."
- Minnesota Parent
